About Us

Inspections 4 U was founded in 2017 by Robert Chester. Robert had been selling apartments in the US and was one of the owners of the Phoenix office of Grubb and Ellis Commercial Real Estate. For 34 years Robert sold apartments, in most cases his clients asked him to walk the properties with the Structural Engineers and Contractors. In doing so Robert learned what they were looking for to put into their reports for the Buyer.  Over the years Robert walked over 210 apartment complexes doing inspections. In 2008 when the market crashed he started purchasing homes/condos and townhouses. He would purchase the short sales, renovate them and sell them. In 8 years he purchased and sold 217 properties. In 2016 Robert retired from commercial real estate and purchasing properties and moved to live fulltime in Puerto Penasco. After moving to Mexico, he had a friend that purchased a condo, at that time there were no inspection companies. After closing on the condo, it was found that the AC was shot, the plumbing needed much work and the dishwasher didn't work. Robert saw a need to have an inspection company in Rocky Point, so he researched to find the best software program on the market. Robert spoke with inspectors in Phoenix, Tucson and San Diego and most of them stated that they used Palm-Tech Home and Condo inspection software. The next step was to visit Palm-Tech in person, after meeting Adam at the company, he purchased the software and started the company in March 2017.
